The Company regrets to inform our shareholders that Sid Aroesty passed away on June 7, 2014 after a lengthy illness. Mr. Aroesty served as the Company’s CEO from June, 2011 to March, 2012, then served on the Board of Advisors until the present. The Company will miss his guidance and leadership. The thoughts of all of us are with his family in this difficult time.
