3DIcon Retains New Audit Firm
Company Continues to Strengthen Infrastructure in Advance of 2006 Marketing Program;
Previous Auditors to Become 3DIcon’s Accountants
TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 4, 2006--3DIcon Corporation (Pink Sheets: TDCP), a communications development company, announced today that it has retained Tullius Taylor Sartain & Sartain LLP of Tulsa as its independent auditor. The Company will outsource its accounting and financial reporting functions to Sutton Robinson Freeman & Co. P.C., 3DIcon’s former independent auditor.
